About Trinity Christian Academy

Trinity Christian Academy began in 1970 with four elementary grades and 110 students the first year. Now with a Preschool and Kindergarten which cares for children as young as 2 years, and an accredited college-preparatory program through Grade 12, Trinity Christian Academy is an ideal partner for parents desiring to see their students develop "in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man" (Luke 2:52).

Trinity Christian Academy is an extension of the Christian Home in training young people for time & eternity in a Christian environment. We believe in the Bible as the Standard of all Truth, and that training your child is a ministry, not a job. Still at its original location in Oxford, AL, Trinity serves families from Oxford, Anniston, Coldwater, Saks, Weaver, Alexandria, Eastaboga, and other areas in Calhoun, Talladega, Clay, Etowah, and Cleburne counties. Trinity's location (just of Interstate-20 at the campus of Trinity Baptist Church) near the Lincoln Honda manufacturing plant, the Sylacauga Blue Bell Creamery, Wright Dairy, Jacksonville State University, The Anniston Museum of Natural History, and the Berman Museum of World History, provide a number of opportunities for educational activities within our community. The Birmingham and Atlanta Metro areas are each only about one hour away, offering further field trip destinations and activities.

Trinity's accredited membership in the American Association of Christian Schools as well as in the state chapter, Alabama Christian Education Association, provides students with year-long opportunities leadership and legislative training, and state and national competitions in academics, athletics, and fine arts. With a traditional classroom setting, modern computer facilities, and advanced academics, Trinity offers a complete Christian education for every student.
